For more than a decade, Iboux has been supporting learners from diverse backgrounds in achieving their language goals. Founded by a Harvard Graduate School of Education M.Ed., we have taught over 1 million classes since our inception, maintaining a 4.5/5 rating from our satisfied students.
As part of the Iboux group, the Iboux Corporate Language Academy was established to support companies and organizations in getting their teams speaking English, Spanish, French, German, or Italian. We center on the single most relevant aspect of language learning: human-to-human interaction. Our 100% human-powered courses ensure your team members can build genuine relationships in the language they are learning. This extends not only to clients and external contacts but, since your employees learn together in a small-group course, they also build genuine connections with each other.
We developed our own world-class curriculum, featuring over 600 competency-based units and exams, many specifically designed for a business environment. Our teachers are highly-qualified, certified professionals with an average of 9 years of teaching experience, ranging from 2 to 29 years across our team.
Ready to take your company's language skills to the next level?
We pioneered a curriculum based on Competency-Based Education (CBE), focusing on the mastery of practical, actionable, real-life skills. Each learning unit represents a real-world competency that your employee can immediately apply outside the classroom.
Courses are 100% human-led and focused on human interaction, ensuring your team members develop strong soft skills in the language they are learning. Small group classes enhance relationships within your team and encourage effective communication among members.

Our curriculum adheres to the Common European Framework of Reference (CEFR) standards. Each group module is 18 hours long, with each CEFR level completed in 6 modules. You choose the class length (1 or 1.5-hour sessions) and frequency (1, 2, or more times per week) to fit your team’s schedule.
